    • Packed with all original tags, labels, and invoice included.

  • Please note:

    • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

    • Customized or tailored products, as well as items purchased on sale or clearance, are non-returnable.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to ensure a smooth resolution.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our customer service team via phone or email within five days of receiving your order.

  • Clearly mention your order number and reason for return.

  • Send the item(s) back to us using a traceable courier service.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • If you paid via bank transfer or mobile wallet, the refund will be credited to the same account.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
